Bachelor's degree from reputable university
3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
Experience with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
