Supply Chain & Asset Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and asset management data, documentation, and reporting
• Support procurement processes, including RFQ, tender administration, negotiation, and PO issuance
• Conduct asset verification, inventory checking, and monitoring
• Maintain and support ERP master data, including vendor and item master data
• Monitor procurement expenditures and support accurate reporting
• Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is preferred
• Good understanding of procurement processes and the end-to-end procurement cycle for goods and services
• Basic knowledge of asset management, including asset recording, inventory, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good communication in English (both written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing large volumes of data
• Procurement/SCM certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is a plus
