Investment Analyst

Conduct market research and analyze potential assets
Conduct financial due diligence and creating presentation deck
Familiar with communicating with C-level and founders
Develop detailed financial models and projections to enable and support investment decision-making
Construct buy-side and sell-side investment valuation models for potential portfolio

Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management from reputable university
3 years of experience in financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, merger and acquisition
Strong knowledge of investment law, business operation, and government regulation
Strong understanding in financial modelling and business modelling
Excellent interpersonal skill, communication (written & oral) skill, organizational customer service skill
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good command in Microsoft Office is a must
Able to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances
