Annual and Incidental Public Expose 2025

PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) held its Annual and Incidental Public Expose on October 27, 2025, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and compliance with Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) regulations. During the event, RAJA highlighted key achievements in 2025, including its inclusion in the IDX80 index and its subsidiary PT Raharja Energi Cepu (RATU) being listed in the MSCI Small Cap index, as well as the strategic acquisition of Hafar Group to strengthen its offshore EPCI and LNG shipping businesses.

In the first half of 2025, RAJA recorded revenues of USD 127.6 million, a 3.3% growth compared to the previous year. The Company also shared updates on major projects such as the gas compressor facility in South Sulawesi and a fuel pipeline in East Kalimantan, along with expansion plans into clean energy initiatives. With a solid business foundation, strong governance, and a commitment to sustainable growth, RAJA remains confident in advancing its transformation toward becoming a leading integrated energy company in Indonesia.
