Rukun Raharja has established a systematic Whistleblowing System to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is available to all stakeholders in reporting all forms of irregularities that occur in Rukun Raharja’s business environment. Reporting can be done through email and phone, addressed to the Compliance Unit of Rukun Raharja. The confidentiality of the reporter's identity will be guaranteed by Rukun Raharja to protect the reporter from any possible pressure.
If the possible violation by the reported person is proven, Rukun Raharja will impose sanctions in the form of reprimand, warning, suspension, dismissal, up to legal proceedings. Sanctions will also apply to the reporters if they are proven to give false reports.
