● The Company acquired a 49% shareholding in PT Hafar Daya Konstruksi (HDK) and PT Hafar Daya Samudera (HDS) as part of its long-term strategy to expand into the Oil and Gas Infrastructure sector.

● The Company was officially included in the IDX80 following the major rebalancing effective as of August 1, 2025.

● The Company’s subsidiary, PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU), was included in the MSCI Small Cap Index in August 2025.

● The company acquired 55% shares of PT Karya Mineral Jaya, a gas distribution company that will operate in North Kalimantan.

● The Company signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of the Tanjung Batu – Samarinda Fuel Pipeline.

● The Company signed a cooperation agreement to provide booster compression plant rental for the development of Kampung Baru in Sengkang Block.

● The Company began exploration in the Central Jabung Block.

● Operation of CNG mother station in Grobogan Regency, Central Java.

● Acquisition of 8% participating interest in Jabung Block.

● The first distribution of the Company’s pipeline in Riau which would flow to IKPP.

● The first distribution of oil in Rokan Block using a new pipeline built in 2021 which was a KSO between the Company and Pertagas. This first flow was carried out on February 3, 2022.

● Establishment of PT Banggai Ammonia Indonesia, a joint venture between the Company and PT Gavi Sejahtera Nusantara, on October 11, 2022. The establishment of this company is the Company’s first step in entering the petrochemical business industry.

● Through PT Energasindo Heksa Karya, the Company acquired 100% shareholding of PT Majuko Utama Indonesia, a company that owns pipelines in Banten, and acquired 80% shareholding of PT Artha Prima Energy, a company engaged in CNG business in Central and West Java.

● Through PT Petrotech Penta Nusa, the Company acquired a 65% stake PT Artifisial Teknologi Persada, an oil and gas service provider. The Company then increased its ownership portion to 85% in 2022.

● Through PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, the Company acquired 100% in PT Bravo Delta Persada, a company engaged in drinking water supply system (SPAM).

● Through PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, the Company acquired 85% share ownership of PT Heksa Energi Mitraniaga.

● Acquisition of 100% shareholding in PT Petrotech Penta Nusa.

● Acquisition of 100% shareholding in PT Raharja Energi Cepu (Cepu Block).

● Capital increase of 150,000,000 shares through the mechanism of Capital Increase without Pre-emptive Rights.

Purchase of 33% shares of PT Panji Raya Alamindo, a subsidiary of the Company, by TG&D Singapore Investment Holdings Pte Ltd.

Change in the nominal value of shares (stock split) from Rp100 per share to Rp25 per share.

Expanded its business into energy investment sector through diversification of business segments, including gas trading, gas transporation, and gas facility maintenance and management.

Purchased 33 percent shares of PT Triguna Internusa Prtama by Itochu Corp., Japan.

Acquisition of PT Panji Raya Alamindo, PT Triguna Internusa Pratama, and PT Energasindo Heksa Karya, which made the Company change its business field to the energy sector through the business segments of gas trading, gas transportation services, and gas infrastructure management and maintenance.

Amended the Company's Articles of Association pursuant to Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company.

Conducted a Limited Public Offering I with Pre-emptive Rights of 362,718,750 shares and Rp100 price per share.

Expanded its business into logistic services and port management sector in North Sulawesi by acquiring PT Cahaya Saguna Niketana.

The Company conducted an Initial Public Offering on the Surabaya Stock Exchange (currently the Indonesia Stock Exchange) with the ticker code: RAJA.

The Company was established under the name PT Rukun Raharja in Jakarta and was engaged in the housing business.
